As cliche as it may sound, my own journey to wellness has been anything but linear. I’ve experienced the highest of highs – the exhilaration of setting a new personal record, the pride of finally achieving a long-held fitness goal. But I’ve also been through some of the lowest of lows – the burnout, the self-doubt, the feeling of being completely disconnected from my body.

It’s these personal experiences that have shaped my compassionate, judgment-free approach to coaching. I know firsthand how easy it is to get swept up in the latest fad diet or workout craze, only to end up feeling more frustrated and discouraged than ever before. I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you that there is a better way.

My wellness journey began, like so many others, with an intense focus on physical transformation. I became obsessed with counting calories, logging endless hours at the gym, and meticulously planning my meals. And for a while, this single-minded approach yielded results. I lost weight, built muscle, and even started competing in fitness competitions.

But over time, the cracks began to show. The stress of maintaining such a rigid regimen took a toll on my mental health. I was constantly anxious, often irritable, and found myself struggling with disordered eating patterns. No matter how much I achieved physically, I still felt like I was missing something essential.

It wasn’t until I started to shift my focus towards more holistic, sustainable practices that I began to see a true transformation – not just in my body, but in my overall wellbeing. I started experimenting with meditation, breathwork, and other mindfulness techniques. I dove deep into the science of intuitive eating and learned to make peace with food. I discovered the power of functional, nutrient-dense nutrition to support my energy, mood, and recovery.

The more I invested in these mind-body practices, the more I started to experience a profound sense of balance and fulfillment. The endless cycle of restrictive dieting and punishing workouts gave way to a lifestyle built on self-care, joy, and genuine self-acceptance.

This personal journey has been the driving force behind my work as a wellness coach. I know firsthand the challenges of navigating the ups and downs, the setbacks and the successes. But I also know the immense power of taking a compassionate, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.

My goal is to share these hard-won lessons with you, to inspire you to approach your own wellness journey with greater self-love and patience. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been at it for years, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and a healthy dose of tough love when you need it most.
